Service
Get Me Buyers delivers verified commercial opportunities matching your buyer specification. An opportunity is a verified record indicating a person or company may have an active need for what you sell. We do not guarantee that any opportunity will result in a sale.
Payments
Pilot activations are paid in advance. Ongoing programs are billed per accepted opportunity. An opportunity is considered accepted when you confirm it meets your stated criteria, or when you do not reject it within 5 business days of delivery. Rejected opportunities are replaced at no cost, once per delivered opportunity.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your use of delivered information, including compliance with all applicable laws governing commercial communications (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA).
- You agree not to resell or redistribute delivered opportunities without written consent.
- You agree not to use delivered information for unlawful purposes.
No guarantees
Opportunity quality depends on your market and your offer. We work to qualify thoroughly, but we do not guarantee closed sales, meetings, or revenue. Refunds are governed by the replacement policy above and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Me Buyers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these terms does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
